Has more energy than the Duracell bunny and still never loses track of anything, even when her calendar is bursting at the seams. She once wanted to be a teacher, but the classroom air felt a little too stuffy. So now she's our communications pro – and supplies us with fresh air several times a day. Even in winter.

Loves humpback whales just as much as good writing and emotional intelligence.

She brings start-up and agency experience, where she worked both strategically and creatively. Quick-witted, funny and full of excellent ideas – like studying in Italy without speaking a word of Italian. Grande!

Worked in a call center during her business studies and not only survived, but got promoted thanks to her stoic calm and clever persistence. She keeps her cool, no matter what, and makes sure product teams, designers, and developers play together in perfect harmony.

Once won a pétanque tournament and remains unbeatable to this day – precision runs in her blood. Proud Harry Potter nerd and ice bath enthusiast: where others start shivering, she comes alive. As a research pro with a degree in UX Design, she knows exactly how to ask the right questions and find the best answers.

Still misses the Californian sun, but lives here now because the mountain biking and snowboarding are simply too good to leave. He studied art, computer science and innovation, has lived in more countries than most people have visited, and is seriously considering whether a pig might be the perfect pet.

The undisputed master of the back office, with a firm grip on the big picture. She once studied math, lived in Corsica and started out working at a rental car counter. Instead of just renting out cars, she decided to open her own hotel – and turned a 16th-century building completely inside out to make it happen.

Zoe

Has a green-brown judo belt and loves rounded corners – because they just make everything better. Maybe that also explains her thing for running endless laps around an oval track. She studied communication design, bringing not only good vibes from the Rhineland, but also a sharp eye for detail.

Sophie

Studies communication design and knows exactly what makes users happy. She loves perfect UX design just as much as her two rabbits – so much, in fact, that she even taught them to stand on two legs. Always has muesli for lunch and prefers sitting at the same table every day. Routines are simply her thing.
